Do I need to be taking Further Maths to attend?

Accepted Answer

TMUA mainly requires A-Level Maths knowledge. Further Maths may help, but is not necessary.

Can a Year 12 student attend?

These classes are not suitable for Year 12 students. Many of the topics covered will not yet have been taught in school, so Year 12 students may struggle to keep up with the pace of the class.The classes are intended for Year 13 students, as well as older students or gap-year applicants who are preparing to sit or retake the TMUA in 2026 or early 2027
