What is the TMUA
The TMUA stands for the Test of Mathematics for University Admission.
It is a university admissions test used by UK universities for maths-heavy degrees such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, and related courses. The test is designed to assess a student’s mathematical thinking, problem-solving ability, and logical reasoning.
For 2027 entry, the first TMUA sitting is listed as 12–16 October 2026, with a second sitting in January 2027
